CCM Property Developments Ltd. is a Canadian renovation and contracting business focused on commercial, business, and multi-residential projects focused on the Brampton to Kitchner-Waterloo corridor.
We originally started with residential flip-style projects, but as the market changed, we paused that focus and realigned our focus toward commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and building upgrades — where strong planning, dependable trades, and technical execution matter most.
Christopher Campbell: Project Lead /Engineer
Christopher has been the owner of ABZ Contracting, a civil/structural engineering firm since 2002. As lead Engineer with CCM Property Developments he brings a strong background in structures and shoring systems, and experience supporting complex builds and infrastructure-related scopes. His practical understanding of foundations, structures and site constraints helps CCM deliver renovations that are built to last — and easier to permit and inspect.
Chris McGough: Site Supervisor and trades/supplier liaison
Chris has a long history in construction leading the coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. He also has deep experience on the tools themselves when needed. Along with being the Site Supervisor and trades/supplier liaison for CCM, Chris is the owner of Senior Serenity, an organization that specializes in accessibility solutions for aging Canadians. Senior Serenity's service involves accessible renovations and retrofits, enabling people who have a desire to Age in Place to stay in their homes longer.
Michael Campbell: Business operations and finance
Michael is a retired executive from one of Canada’s largest financial services companies and now leads Sagepath Consulting Ltd, a consulting and marketing firm that provides business strategy advice, IT consulting and marketing services. When he's not in the office, he can usually be found swinging a hammer, which is why CCM is a great application for his diverse skills. Michael focuses on the back office operational aspects including financing, insurance, and operational matters.
